David Kotze leads the hospitality division at Systemnet. David is an industry veteran who has held a variety of management positions with Holiday Inn, Sheraton and Radisson hotels in five countries. Prior to joining Systemnet, David was Director, Information Technology, Asia Pacific at the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group’s regional headquarters in Singapore.
Utilising his extensive pre-opening experience, project management skills and thorough knowledge and understanding of hotel systems integration, David has been directly involved in more than 50 four and five star hotel openings in Australia and the Asia Pacific region over the past 18 years.
Johann Mentz has been heading up the Technical Division at Systemnet for the past 12 years. Johann and his team of 11 dedicated system engineers have been providing highly successful IT solutions to a broad customer base spanning a variety of industries. Johann is an experienced systems architect with in-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, server platforms, messaging and security. Johann’s team includes specialists in disaster recovery and backup, server and desktop virtualisation, cloud technologies and voice communications.
Johann has a proven track record of helping organisations utilise the available technologies to their advantage whilst always adhering to best practice standards, in turn lowering the TCO (total cost of ownership) of the organisation’s IT infrastructure.
